Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders over £50.

To ship we usually use Royal Mail tracked 48 hours but will occasionally post using another tracked service.

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Although it is unusual for items to take longer than the time stated above, Royal Mail's delivery policy states 10 working days (Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays not included) must be allowed before items will be considered missing. If your item hasn't arrived within 7 working days please contact us at parsonettabooks@gmail.com to make us aware, so we can investigate. 

Once items are dispatched we will email you tracking information within 1 day of dispatch.
